Latest amendments to the Madrid Agreement:
The IP Practice and proceedings has been updated to incorporate the latest amendments to the Madrid Agreement, including the repeal of the safeguard clause. These amendments will enter into force on September 1, 2008. The following jurisdictions have been updated:
