Area of Law
Before choosing a type of search, you will have the opportunity to select the Area of Law in which you are interested.
On the header you will find four tabs that are the following: Patents, Trademarks, Utility Models, Industrial Designs
By default, Patents will be highlighted, but you can choose another Area of Law by just clicking the tab.
The selected tab will be highlighted in red. Next time you Sign On to Global IP Law Service the system will remember the latest Area of Law selected by you.
The information you will get in your search results will depend on the chosen Area of Law.
