My Stored Docs
This is a personal storage place that allows you to store any document you found after executing a search or other type of consultation.
To access here click the My Saved Research tab from the navigation menu. By default, the screen opened will be My Stored Docs.
On the main page you can see a list of all the documents previously saved in different searches. By default they will be placed in order by Stored On date.
Each stored document will have a checkbox, an icon indicating the type of Source (or Resource) and a Flag.
Preceding the document's Custom Label and the document's Name.
Above the stored documents and below the My Stored Docs Toolbar, you will find the following legends:
-
Source: this indicates the document's Source (or Resource).
-
Custom Label: indicates if the stored document has a current Custom Label assigned to it. By clicking here you can sort your documents by Custom Label.
-
Document(s): by clicking here you can sort your documents by their Name.
-
Stored On: shows the date in which the document was stored and allows you to put your documents in order by storage date.
