My Tracked Searches
This feature was created for you to have a record of the searches performed for a certain Client Matter ID.
You can access this section by clicking the My Tracked Searches link located in all the available types of search.
Here you will find two types of reports:

The Monthly Report allows you to get a list of all the searches performed for the current month.

Using the Custom Report generate a customized report in Microsoft® Excel® that tracks search activity by Client Matter ID for either one or all of them. Here you can define the period of time (From and To) and the Client Matter ID, including the option All.
How to use the Microsoft® Excel® Reports
In both reports you will find information divided into columns. The first column (Period) indicates the date in which your search was performed, following this column you will find another one (Subject) that indicates the Area of Law chosen for that search. The Client Matter ID will be indicated in the next column. The last column indicates the Number of Searches performed.
The document will allow you to place the information in order in each of the columns by different criteria (Sort Ascending/ Descending, All, Top 10, and some other advanced options).

How to Apply a Client Matter ID
Before starting a search, you will be able to assign a Client Matter ID. You will find a box beneath every type of search where you will be able to choose among the different Client Matter ID's created. Every time you previously choose a Client Matter ID before performing a search, the information related to that search will be stored so it can be obtained in a report later.
Assigning a Client Matter ID to your search will help you to organize yourself and get a register of the amount of time dedicated to each Client Matter ID.

Manage Client Matter IDs

To Rename a Client Matter ID, click the Rename option. Once this is done you are able to modify the Name of the selected Client Matter ID.

To Remove a Client Matter ID just click the Remove option.

To add (create) a new Client Matter ID go to the Add a New Client Matter ID option, enter the Client Matter ID Name and click the Add button. A new Client Matter ID will be created with the indicated Name.

FAQs
If I want to obtain a monthly report in the middle of a month, what results will I get?
You will get all the searches you performed for all your client matters from the beginning of the current month until the day in which you obtain the report.
Can I choose more than one Client Matter ID in the Custom Report?
No. You can choose either one or all of your customers in this type of report.
What is the maximum limit of time to specify a period in the Custom Report?
You can specify a period between the day in which the service was introduced to Global IP Law Service and the current day in which you are interested in getting a report.
